Sinopsis
A faithful dramatization of Virginia Woolf's novel. A lecturer, his family, the spinster Aunt Lily, an old friend, and a student, Charles Tansley, spend a summer in an isolated house in Cornwall just before World War I. The stern Mr. Ramsay scolds everybody, while Mrs. Ramsay is the linchpin in keeping the family together. Aunt Lily paints, and the family talk about sailing to the lighthouse, but the trip is always postponed.

¡Me encantó To the Lighthouse! No me lo esperaba tan buena. Kenneth Branagh lo da todo en pantalla y se nota la mano de Colin Gregg en cada plano. Si te gusta el cine, es un must de (1983).

To the Lighthouse es de esas pelis que te enganchan desde el minuto uno. Buena historia, personajes creíbles y momentos que te dejan pensando. Colin Gregg ha hecho un trabajo brutal, y eso se nota.

No suelo ver mucho cine, pero con To the Lighthouse hice una excepción… ¡y qué bien hice! El papel de Kenneth Branagh es lo mejor de la peli. La recomiendo a ojos cerrados.
